VISA Support letter
The organisation of the World Conference on eXplainable Artificial Intelligence does not issue formal invitation letters for visas to attend the conference. We can, however, issue a visa support letter.
The organisation is able to provide visa support letters to attendees as well as authors with accepted papers, demos or doctoral consortium proposals, or members of the conference committee or organisers of special tracks. For visa support letters, refer all requests to organisation@xaiworldconference.com
Please allow up to 10 business days to receive a letter. All requests are handled in the order they are received. The information below should be included with the request:

| copy of your passport (front and rear) |
| Your current postal mailing address |
| Proof of payment |
| If you have any article accepted for the conference, please provide the title, ID number |
