*1 According to the conference policy, AT LEAST ONE FULL registration for each accepted article must be made in time to include it in the SPRINGER proceedings. This means authors of an accepted article can select the Early Bird or Regular conference fees. All FULL registrations include access to all conference sessions, workshops and special tracks, doctoral consortium, material, electronic conference proceedings, daily coffee breaks, welcome reception, demos and gala dinner.

*2 Senior attendees (non-author paper, or co-author but not main speaker) is any person who would like to attend the conference and has no student status, either as non-author or co-author of an accepted paper (but not the main speaker). All senior attendees’ registrations include access to all conference sessions, workshops and special tracks, doctoral consortium, material, electronic conference proceedings, daily coffee breaks, lunch reception, demos and dinner event.

*3 Student attendees (non-author paper, or co-author but not main speaker) are offered to all students who want to attend the conference physically and either don’t have an article accepted or are co-author of an accepted article (but not the main speaker). All student registrations include access to all conference sessions, workshops and special tracks, conference material, electronic conference proceedings, daily coffee breaks, and lunch reception, demos but NOT the dinner event. Note that the student rate is available only to those attending who have student status at the time of the conference. Students must submit proof of student status (scanned copies in jpg/jpeg or PDF format of their student ID) during registration. If the student would like to participate in the main dinner event, s/he has to pay the additional “Extra ticket for dinner event” fees.

*4 Doctoral Consortium (DC) students who have an approved DC proposal to be presented at the conference. All DC registrations include access to all conference sessions, workshops and special tracks, conference material, electronic conference proceedings, daily coffee breaks, and lunch reception, demos but NOT the dinner event. If the student would like to participate in the main dinner event, s/he has to pay the additional “Extra ticket for dinner event” fees.

For all the registration, one fee covers one participant only. Your registration is strictly personal and must not be transferred to another person. However, your institution, department or funding resource can pay on your behalf.

Refunds of the registration cost are not permitted in any case.
