*1 According to the conference policy, AT LEAST ONE FULL registration for each accepted article (main track, special track, or late-breaking or demo work track) must be made before the conference begins. This means authors of an accepted article must pay the Regular conference fees. All full registrations include access to all conference sessions, electronic conference materials, daily coffee breaks, the welcome reception, demos, and the gala dinner (but not the doctoral consortium). The registered author has to attend and present the paper. If more than one author attends, then each author must register separately. Should none of the authors be able to attend, they are strongly advised to find a proxy to present their paper in person. The proxy MUST be registered in their name. The same author cannot register for more than one accepted paper.

*2 Senior attendees (non-author paper or co-author but not the main speaker) are any person who would like to attend the conference and has no student status, either as a non-author or co-author of an accepted paper (but not the main speaker). All senior attendee registrations include access to all conference sessions, electronic conference materials, daily coffee breaks, lunch reception, demos, and the dinner event, but do not include the doctoral consortium.

*3 Student attendees (non-author paper, or co-author but not the main speaker) are offered to all students who want to attend the conference physically and either don’t have an article accepted or are co-authors of an accepted article (but not the main speaker). All student registrations include access to all conference sessions, electronic conference materials, daily coffee breaks, lunch reception, and demos, but do not include the dinner event. Please note that the student rate is available only to attendees who hold student status at the time of the conference. Students must submit proof of student status (scanned copies of their student ID in JPG/JPEG or PDF format) during registration. If the student would like to participate in the main dinner event, s/he must pay the additional “Extra ticket for dinner event” fee.

*4 Doctoral Consortium (DC) students who have an approved DC proposal to be presented at the conference. All DC registrations include access to all conference sessions, electronic conference materials, daily coffee breaks, lunch reception, and demos, but do not include the dinner event. If the student would like to participate in the main dinner event, s/he must pay the additional “Extra ticket for dinner event” fee.

One fee covers one participant only for all registrations. Your registration is strictly personal and must not be transferred to another person. However, your institution, department, or funding resource can cover the cost on your behalf.

Refunds of the registration cost are not permitted in any case.

If you are a speaker, please add the ID of your accepted article in the “PAPER ID (ONLY if main speaker of accepted paper)” field. Also, please feel free to add anything you wish to communicate to the organisers in this field.
Update the quantities of the products to your needs to amend the final price (if a product is not required, update its quantity to 0)
Select the payment method and fill in the other payment details

Print the receipt as it acts as your ticket for the conference, and present it at the registration desk
