The conference invites submissions of Late-Breaking Work<\/strong> presenting timely and emerging research that contributes to the theory and practice of eXplainable Artificial Intelligence. We welcome original and unpublished accounts of innovative research ideas, preliminary results, industry showcases, and system prototypes<\/strong>, including work that may not yet constitute a fully developed research contribution but offers promising insights to the XAI community. Submissions may address any aspect of XAI, including new explanation methods, human-centred and interactive XAI, explainable generative AI, model understanding and evaluation, trustworthy and responsible AI, multimodal and domain-specific explanations, and emerging applications of XAI. Articles introducing recently initiated research projects<\/strong>, reporting early-stage findings, or summarising project results are also welcome. The Late-Breaking Work track provides researchers and practitioners with an opportunity to share emerging work, receive valuable feedback, and stimulate discussion and collaboration around new ideas, challenges, and research directions in XAI.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Authors are required to submit a single PDF containing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Late-breaking results and demonstrations must be submitted by the deadlines and prepared in accordance with the latest CEURS-Ws.org style. Latest latex template can be found here<\/a><\/strong>. (containing also .odt version)<\/mark>. All submissions and reviews will be handled electronically.<\/p>\n\n\n

Presentation of accepted article<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the article is accepted, authors must bring a physical poster in A0 (vertical) format to the conference, which will be displayed in the designated poster stands as planned in the programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Demos will have a desk, and authors can bring their computers, screens, or other equipment to demonstrate their work.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Publication and indexing<\/h2>\n\n\n

All the accepted and presented manuscripts “shall be submitted to CEUR-WS.org for online publication<\/em><\/strong>” in a dedicated free, open-access <\/strong>volume in CEUR Workshop Proceedings. <\/strong>Since CEUR partners with Scopus, these proposals will also be indexed in it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note that “shall be submitted to CEUR-WS.org for online publication<\/em>” means we do not have control over the decision taken by the CEUR-WS committee to approve them, as reported in the publishing guidelines<\/a> by CEUR-WS.org. However, since the conference organisation strictly adheres to these guidelines, we can be sure that CEUR-WS will accept our request<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
