*1<\/sup><\/mark> <\/strong>According to the conference policy,\u00a0AT LEAST ONE FULL registration <\/em>for each accepted article<\/strong>\u00a0(main track, special track, or late-breaking or demo work track) must be made before the conference begins. This means authors of an accepted article must pay the Regular conference fees. All FULL registrations <\/strong>include access to all conference sessions, but not the doctoral consortium, electronic conference material, daily coffee breaks, welcome reception, demos and gala dinner. The registered author has to attend and present the paper. If more than one author attends, then each author must register separately. Should none of the authors be able to attend, they are strongly advised to find a proxy to present their paper in person. The proxy MUST be registered in their name. The same author cannot register for more than one accepted paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*2<\/sup><\/mark> Senior attendees (non-author paper or co-author but not the main speaker)<\/strong><\/em> are any person who would like to attend the conference and has no student status, either as non-author or co-author of an accepted paper (but not the main speaker). <\/strong> All senior attendees’ registrations include access to all conference sessions, electronic conference material, daily coffee breaks, lunch reception, demos and the dinner event, but NOT<\/strong><\/mark> the doctoral consortium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*<\/mark>3<\/mark><\/sup> Student attendees<\/strong> <\/em>(non-author paper, or co-author but not <\/strong><\/em>the <\/em><\/strong>main speaker) are offered to all students who want to attend the conference physically and either don’t have an article accepted or are co-author of an accepted article (but not the main speaker). All student registrations include access to all conference sessions, electronic conference material, daily coffee breaks, lunch reception, and demos, but NOT<\/strong><\/mark> the dinner event. Note that the student rate is available only to those attending who have student status at the time of the conference. Students must submit proof of student status (scanned copies of their student ID in jpg\/jpeg or PDF format) during registration. If the student would like to participate in the main dinner event, s\/he has to pay the additional “Extra ticket for dinner event” fees.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

*4<\/sup><\/mark> Doctoral Consortium (DC) students<\/strong><\/em> who have an approved DC proposal to be presented at the conference. All DC registrations include access to all conference sessions, electronic conference material, daily coffee breaks, lunch reception, and demos, but NOT<\/mark><\/strong> the dinner event. If the student would like to participate in the main dinner event, s\/he has to pay the additional “Extra ticket for dinner event” fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One fee covers one participant only for all registrations. Your registration is strictly personal and must not be transferred to another person. However, your institution, department, or funding resource can pay for it on your behalf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refunds of the registration cost are not permitted in any case.<\/mark><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Update the quantities of the products to your needs to amend the final price (if a product is not required, update its quantity to 0<\/em>)<\/td><\/tr>
